On September 2020, Student of AGS Sopore, Aamir javid selected for District level competition in Youth services and sports Football Tournament and got first position.

Eighteen students of AGS Sopore appeared in NCC 'A' Certificate examination on october 2020 and were gone through at 3rd BN. NCC J&K Baramulla.

Celebration of Rashtriya EKTA DIWAS organised by J&K Police on 31st of october 2020. And our school got second position.

 On 5th of november 2020, Interschool painting competition was held at AGS Sopore,and  our school got 3rd position.

WUSHU MARTIAL ART COMPETITION was held at KILO FORCE from 21st to 24th of november, and AGS Sopore got two silver medals.

Adil bahadur of checkroady khan Sopore,district baramulla  from Army Goodwill school sopore represented india in Abu Dhabi,Dubai international karate championship organised by "commom wealth karate fedration(CFK) and south asian karate federation (SAKF)"in association with All india DHAMMIKA KAI KARATE FEDERATION."

The winner cup 2018,which is recognized by international olympic commitee (IOC) that led 15 year boy in Abu Dhabi held from november 23 to 26,2018.

In total karate players of 20 countries from across the globe participated.Adil Bahadur,who played against the chinese karate champions  and won Gold medal.

on 3rd April 2019 AGS sopore participated in plantation drive program organised by forest department j&k at SIDCO COMPLEX. Students along with teachers participated in the drive, special lectures were delivered by officials from forest department and teachers.

An interschool cricket match is going to be held on ist august 2018. Match is open for all the students from class 6th to 10th.The game is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am sharp. The house incharges will submit the names of students from each house by or before 25th of july.
