| International Karate Championship. | Adil bahadur of checkroady khan Sopore,district Baramulla from Army Goodwill School Sopore represented India in Abu Dhabi,Dubai international karate championship organised by "Commom Wealth Karate Fedration(CFK) and South Asian Karate Federation (SAKF)"in association with All India DHAMMIKA KAI KARATE FEDERATION."
The winner cup 2018,which is recognized by International Olympic Committee (IOC) that led 15 year boy in Abu Dhabi held from November 23 to 26,2018.
In total karate players of 20 countries from across the globe participated. Adil Bahadur,who played against the chineese karate champions and won Gold medal.

| District Level Science Exhibtion. | Saqlain Mushtaq,Student of class XI of AGS, Sopore secured first position for his science project at district level science exhibition organized by District Institute of Edn & Trg, Sopore wherein more than 300 students from 102 schools of the district participated. The project was based on Flood Alarm System which will open the gates automatically in case the water level of the river rises beyond the safety limits. The Army is providing all the necessary support to the student for his future studies. |  |
